Christmas Recap & Menu Planner

We had a very relaxing Christmas break! No traveling and Michael was home from work with us a lot of the time. I am ready get back into a routine tomorrow. I think 2015 is going to be another great year for RVA real estate and I am excited. Already had my first listing appointment of the year and am working with some great buyers and sellers.

Here are a few pictures from our break and my menu planner at the bottom of this post.

Camille had a play date with a few of her friends from school and we decorated these icing covered ice cream cones inspired by Pinterest. Lesson learned on this one...the sprinkles don't stick so if I ever do it again, I recommend M & Ms and other candies.

We also made these cute reindeer pine cones.

My mom bought Clyde a bow tie to wear for Christmas Eve in honor of my dad who was a very snappy dresser! He was so excited about it his outfit. It was pretty cute!

What child's Christmas would be complete without an "as seen on TV" gift. Camille & Clyde have been lounging for days in their Bright Eyes Blankets courtesy of Neena & Moe!

Camille gave Clyde a Disguise Kit for Christmas. Here is Clyde sporting his beard like Moe!

Here is pictures of my grandmother holding her youngest great grandchild, Blanton. He is a cutie!

Here goes with this week's menu planner. I am posting last night's dinner because it was so easy and really tasty...good one pot meal.

Saturday....One Pot Creamy Orzo with Chicken Sausage

Sunday...Pulled Pork (courtesy of Michael's smoker), baked beans and salad

Monday...Cooking Light Chicken Piccata, Red Potatoes, Spinach

  1. I love the pictures, especially C & C with their arms around each other. Precious! I'm bookmarking the orzo recipe. Looks yum!
