Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

Happy Sunday! Our neighborhood had a progressive dinner last night and we hosted one of the dinners at our house. We lucked out with the weather! It was gorgeous and we enjoyed cucumber jalapeno margarita's outside prior to dinner and then steak tacos on the deck. We used the marinade from this recipe and served with home pico de gallo, guacamole and Mexican street corn salad and beans and rice as sides.

We have cleaned up everything and the kids and I are going to see Captain Underpants later today!

Camille planned tonight's dinner...hot dogs, spicy rice aka Parmesan risotto she also wanted to include french fries but I opted to serve a salad instead. 😉
