Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

My mom, niece Vail, Camille, Clyde and I went to the Christmas Parade this weekend. It was a first for Camille and Clyde and I hadn't been since  I was a child. It was a gorgeous day for a parade.

Sunday - Kate's Italian Sausage Casserole (carryover from last week)

Monday - Cheesy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Tuesday - Quick Sausage, White Bean & Spinach Stew, Bread & Salad

Wednesday - Night off...Pizza

Thursday - French Dip Sandwiches, French Fries
