My friend, Melissa and I hosted a baby shower for our friend Brooke over the weekend. I made this dip from my Southern Living Cookbook that turned out delicious. I left out the pine nut (honestly because I burned them trying to toast) but I don't think they were missed.
I also made peach melba mimosas that turned out well.
And one of our guests made this awesome cake...the entire thing was edible except the pearls. It was delicious and impressive!
