Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

Things are heating up in my working world so I am going to keep this short. We had a busy weekend but Michael and I did manage to get out for date night last night. We went to Postbellum on Main Street. The atmosphere is really cool and there lots of space so we didn't have to wait for a table. Our Brussels Sprout small plate and Michael's burger were really good. I wasn't in love with my choice but would try it again.

Don't forget today is the last day to enter my Wildtree Giveaway. 

We are eating a bunch of Wildtree meals this week but for we did try these Beef Enchiladas on Friday night and they were yummy! Next time I think I will leave out the green chilis.

Sunday - Chicken Stir Fry with Wildtree Asian Plum Dressing

Monday - Wildtree Lemon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Caesar Salad

Tuesday - Wildtree Greek Chicken Burgers, Greek Cucumber Salad

Wednesday - Wildtree Easy Tacos

Thursday - Not sure....take out! ;)

    We almost did Postbellum on Friday night as well, but my husband was worried we wouldn't get a seat at The Grill to watch the UVA game if we went to dinner beforehand. I've heard mixed reviews as well. These posts are making me upset that I missed the Wildtree event!
