Hello! Hope you are having a great weekend! We tried out the Anchor Bar at Stony Point Mall yesterday. We loved Champs when it was there...very convenient to our house and kid-friendly. I was a little hesitant to try Anchor Bar because our friends had gotten take-out from there and didn't have the best review. But all of our food was really tasty. I had a hamburger, Michael had wings that I tasted and they were great. Camille and Clyde liked their kid's meal. The service was quick and attentive. Definitely worth trying!
We are really trying to get Clyde to eat more foods so I have been making more family dinners and have become very strict about no substitutes. Clyde has been to bed without any dinner or snack after dinner on many nights. This is hard for me but it getting easier. He wakes up starving and scarfs down 4 pancakes at breakfast. But we have made some progress. It is very slow progress but I will take it! We let Clyde pick one of the meals this week, that is why I am serving hot dogs! ;)
Here goes with this week's menu planner. I am going to post last night's meal because the beans were really good and quick and easy! Camille who normally doesn't like green beans..ate them! The recipe is from a previous Hello Fresh meal, hopefully the link below will work.
Saturday....Steaks, Parmesan Risotto, Green Bean Almandine
Sunday...Homemade Pizza (we are going to do a pepperoni and this one as well), Salad
Monday....Hot dogs, Stovetop Macaroni & Cheese, Apple Sauce
Tuesday...Turkey Burgers, French Fries, Mandarin Oranges (Side note...I had a friend make these turkey burgers for her kids and she said they devoured them!)
Wednesday...Spaghetti Carbonara, Bread, Salad
Thursday....Kielbasa, Peppers & Potato Hash, Corn Muffins
