Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

Happy Sunday! Hope you have had a great weekend! Ours was a good one!



Saturday morning, I finished up my 5 in 7 barre challenge at BarReVA. I am by no means an exercise nut and the most classes I have ever completed in a week was three previously. Some weeks depending on my work schedule, I don't get there at all. But I did it...all five classes! And I felt great at the end of the week!

Yesterday afternoon. we headed to Williamsburg to celebrate our nephew Sam's 9th birthday! The cousins always have the best time playing together and Williamsburg has this great sports complex with tons of activities!




I am about to run out and pick up my Kroger Clicklist! Is anyone else using this service? I love it!

Also, I have been following the Weelicous smoothie project on Instagram and have gotten a bunch of different recipe ideas. A favorite so far has been....

1 Blood Orange
1 Banana
6 or 7 Frozen Strawberries
1 5 oz Vanilla Chobani Yogurt
1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Camille and I both really like this one! We got a Ninja Bullet recently and it has been the best for blending smoothies! Highly recommend.

Sunday...Turkey Tenderloins with Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and Caper Sauce

Monday...Sliders & Hotdogs, French Fries, Corn on the Cob, Apple Sauce

Tuesday...White Bean & Pork Chili, Corn Muffins

Wednesday....Homemade Pizza & Salad

Thursday....Chopped Mexican Salad
