Menu Planner



Happy Sunday! I have an open house today at my great new listing in the golf course community of Birkdale then we have Clyde's birthday party right after so I have already prepared my dinner for tonight. I got this recipe recommendation from a friend's Instagram account a few weeks ago. It was pretty quick to prepare and could be done the night before and all ready to grill when you got home from work.  Can't wait to try it!

Sunday - Grilled Greek Chicken Kebabs w/ Mint Feta Sauce, Mediterranean Quinoa (from frozen food section at Kroger)

Monday - Turkey Cutlets, Mashed Potatoes with a Caper Sauce, Broccoli

Tuesday - Beef Enchiladas (This was one of  Michael and I's go-to recipes when we first got married and I can't find a link to it. I will try to write down all the steps when I make it and post)

Wednesday - Salmon, Parmesan Risotto (Camille's favorite), Spinach

Thursday - Takeout??

Not sure how I am going to prepare the salmon...do you have a favorite way? I am going to serve it to my children.😬
