Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

Happy Sunday! We have had a great weekend that started on Friday night with a fall party in our neighborhood common area. Saturday morning, we hit the South of the James farmer's market. We love going for Mrs. Yoder's Donuts and other favorite vendors are Real Country Sausage (Clyde's Favorite), Bombolini Pasta, Norwood Cottage Bread and King's Produce and Amy's Garden.

After the farmer's market, we headed west to Chiles Peach Orchard in Crozet! Camille and Clyde had been wanting to do apple picking and pumpkin picking and Chiles had both 🗹🗹. It was so hot but we had a great time. I like Chiles because it doesn't get as crowded as Carter's Mountain but still has great views! And we secured a 30 lb pumpkin! They also have beer and wine tasting! 🗹🗹


Afterwards, we went to Blue Mountain Brewery for lunch! It was super crowded but we managed to grab a table outside. We also managed to pay $5 extra dollars per beer for these boots that I am sure we will use often. 🍻😜 It was a fun day!
