Wildtree Menu Planner & Giveaway!

Michael and I have menu planned every since we got married almost 10 years ago. It is really the only way I can get dinner on the table. We have been doing it for so long now it is habit. Over the past few weeks, we have experimented with Blue Apron and Peach Dish. When a family friend approached me about her new venture with Wildtree, I was intrigued. Wildtree's products feature spices, blends and mixes but do not include the hydrogenated fats, preservatives, artificial flavors and additives found in many of the packaged foods found on grocery store shelves. My friend, Kate attended one of Wildtree's freezer meal workshops and was sold on the products and decided to be a consultant. Last week, Kate helped me host one of the workshop in my home. It was really fun and a great way to get 10-20 meals prepped and ready to be frozen for dinner in the coming weeks. About 10 people attended my workshop, there are several menus available to choose from for the workshops but I choose the Figure Friendly. The steps were pretty simple, once you confirm you are attending a workshop, Kate orders a bundle of products associated with your menus, then prior to the workshop you shop for all the protein needed. There is also a little bit of prep work in terms of chopping and dropping into freezer Ziplocs. Once at the workshop, you add your Wildtree products to each bag and drop back down into your cooler. The meals serve 6 people so I split mine in half to make 20 meals.

Here was the set up for the workshop.

Kate brought a bunch of Wildtree Grapeseed Oil's to try with their beer bread!

Here are all my meals labeled and ready to pull out for dinner!

If you have enough people attend a workshop you get your bundle for free and potentially additional products from the catalog. I was able to get these products!

Since the box suggests it, we tried the Sunday Morning Cinnamon Rolls this morning!  The consistency was a little different from the store bought kind but I know they were healthier and still tasty.

We also tried the Zesty Lime Fajitas on Friday night....they were yummy! And so easy to just pour already marinated and cut chicken and sliced veggies right into the pan. Add tortillas, sour cream, cheese, salsa and you are done!

Here is what we are having for dinner this week...

Sunday - Wildtree Garlic & Herb Pork Chops, Baked Apples, Roasted Potatoes

Monday -Wildtree Herb Crusted Tilapia, Wild Rice, Brussels Sprouts

Tuesday - Chicken Gyros with Wildtree Tzatziki Seasoning, Fries

Wednesday - Wildtree Shrimp Scampi, Salad

Thursday - Mexican Pizza with Wildtree So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough
