We had a fun weekend! Yesterday was jam packed with a trip to Home Depot, Home Goods, lunch at Pizza Hut, Paddington, the library and grocery store!

I found this massive canvas on clearance from $179 to $45 at Home Good yesterday. It might not have been my first choice but so reasonable for over my family room couch. 

Now on to my menu planner....

I made Angela's Awesome Enchiladas last night. We hadn't had them in forever and I forgot how delicious they are....best enchilada recipe I have run across! 

Sunday...Rachael Ray Sloppy Joes & Fries

Monday....Cooking Light Sausage and Spinach Risotto

Tuesday....Olive Garden Chicken & Gnocchi Soup

Wednesday....Smitten Kitchen Tomato Sauce with Butter and Onions with Pasta & Salad

Thursday...Homemade Pizza (Recipe TBD)

I am headed out to a Bloom party with a friend in a minute. Never been to one and excited to see what is all about.
