Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

Michael was in Blacksburg all weekend so it was just C, C and me. Yesterday, I took them and my nephew Winters to see the Peanuts movie...it was pretty cute!

My mom's birthday was  yesterday and after the movies, we went to the Dollar Tree to get poster board to make to make birthday signs for Gammy! She loved them!

My sister, Kate and brother-in-law, Ross hosted us to celebrate!

Michael should be home later this afternoon and we are excited to see him! Here goes with this week's menu planner.

Soup Sunday - White Bean 'n' Ham Soup & Apple-Cheddar Bread (my neighbor Kasey made this and said it was delicious - can't wait to try it)


Monday - Pork Tenderloin, Hash Brown Potato Casserole (from the freezer), Roasted Brocoli

Tuesday - Barefoot Contessa Lasagna (from the freezer)\

Wednesday - Taco Casserole

Thursday - Happy Thanksgiving!

We are hosting again this year and I am getting a head start on my table setting.
