Michael and I went to Charlottesville yesterday for the Hoos V Hokies game. Another sad day for the Wahoos! I am starting to sound like a broken record.
Camille and Clyde were well cared for by Michael's parents and my mom.
Sunday - Ground Beef Enchiladas (this recipe used to be on the back of the Mexicorn and I can't find it online.)
Monday - Chicken Piccata and Parmesan Risotto
Tuesday - Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza; Pepperoni for C &C (Pizza dough from the deli counter at Martins)
Wednesday - Italian Sausage Soup with Grilled Cheese
Thursday - Cheddar Turkey Burgers with Avocado Mash
