Are you appetizer planning for the Super Bowl? Listed below are recipes and links to our favorite apps. I have made all of these before and they are delicious!
Goat Cheese Marinara
Sausage Dip
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 can Rotel
1 block of cream cheese
1 jar of roasted red peppers, drained.
Brown sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together and heat in a pan over medium high heat (or crockpot is even better). Serve hot.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip
10 oz chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 can artichokes, chopped
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
parmesan cheese to your liking
1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
Mix all ingredients and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with french bread or tortilla chips.
(Side note...My friend Erica gave me this recipe at a kitchen bridal shower. I still make it and it is delicious!)

1 cup hominy - white
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
