Weekend Recap & Menu Planner

Michael's parents were in town Friday night and we had dinner with the kids at Chuy's. The food is really good there and it is very family friendly!

Saturday we went to Open Box Richmond. Have your ever been? We didn't leave with this sled (although it looks pretty cool) but did get some new luggage and outdoor lights! The first time I went to Open Box Richmond it was a huge mess but items were much more organized this time. 

Last night we watched the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards. Clyde's been counting down the days until it came on! He loves John Cena who was hosting. Today I have done organizing and laundry. Ready to start the week.

Sunday...Taco's with Chicken, Corn, Kiwi Fruit

Monday....Hamburger Soup with Blueberry Muffins

Tuesday....Salmon, Asparagus*, Couscous

Wednesday....Copycat Chickfila Nuggets, Mixed Frozen Vegetables, French Fries, Apple Sauce

Thursday...take out

*For the asparagus, I trim and then cook in a non-stick skillet with 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
